SHIPPING 

All orders are sent with Australia Post and are dispatched within seven business days.

Eeel offers International shipping at a (AUD)$20 flat rate. 

Eeel cannot take responsibility for any lost or return-to-sender packages due to incorrect shipping information or not collecting from the post office.

If you need to change your order or update your shipping information please get in touch before your order is shipped. 

RETURNS

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, becomes faulty shortly after receiving it, or is the incorrect product, please get in touch by replying to the order confirmation email you received, and send a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. Eeel will express post you a replacement, or if this isn't possible you’ll be offered a full refund. 

Eeel is a small, owner-run business, so please let me know if there is a problem so I can fix it as soon as possible.

Changed your mind?

If you receive your item and changed your mind, Eeel can happily offer you store credit, if eligible:

  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any earrings (unless they are damaged), or prosthetics that have been removed from the backing.

  • Items must be returned with the tag, card or backing in tact and be received within 14 days.

  • All sale items are final and no refund, exchange or shop credit can be offered.

  • Postage is not refundable and the customer is responsible for any postage cost for returning the item(s).

  • Eeel is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Please send the tracking info with returned items.
